Returns Policy

At Ladysta.com, we take pride in the quality of our clothing products. We understand that sometimes things might not be as you expected, and we want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you.

General Return Conditions

  • Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

  1. Initiating the Return:
    • Send an email to info@ladysta.com indicating the reason for the return and the order number.
    • Wait for our team to provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packing Your Return:
    • Safely pack the items in the original packaging or an equivalent.
    • Include a copy of the original invoice with the RMA number clearly written.
  3. Sending Your Return:
    • Ship your return package to the address provided in our return instructions.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the regular return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day period or not in its original condition will be rejected.
